Legal Director at DLA Piper Dubai, Emily Southon, has over fourteen years of commercial legal experience advising clients on a wide range of technology and finance related matters. Having spent 11 years in-house at a major international bank in London, Emily has a particular focus on the financial services sector and a passion for technology and innovation. Emily has also worked on secondment at a leading UAE bank where she assisted the technology/procurement team with respect to a broad range of digital / innovation projects for its digital bank offering, including mobile apps.
